Returns & Refunds policy

At Timeless Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Custom or special-order products

    • Opened adhesive, grout, or other installation materials

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your tiles arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. How to Return

  • To start a return, please email [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions, including the return address and any applicable return authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange tiles for a different style, size, or colour, please process it as a return and place a new order.

6. Excess Stock Returns

  • We recommend ordering a little extra to allow for cuts and breakages during installation.

  • We accept returns of full, unopened boxes only. Partial boxes cannot be returned.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
